How can I know if the order was approved?

When will I receive my delivery?

Once your order has been paid for and approved, we take 8 to 10 weeks to manufacture it and we will inform you of the delivery deadline (which does not exceed this period). In case of any problem or delay, we will naturally notify you in advance.

How do I see the status of my order?

One week before the estimated delivery date we will contact you to tell you the status of your order or you can call the mob telephone numbers and we will gladly give you the information you want about your order.

How will I be notified of the delivery date?

We will contact you by mail or phone one week before delivery to coordinate delivery.

What is the delivery schedule?

Our delivery schedule in Mexico City and the metropolitan area is from 10 am to 5 pm on Thursday and Friday, Saturdays from 9 am to 11 am. If you need us to deliver at a different time than ours, you can contact us and we will schedule your delivery in advance.

In the case of orders made from within the Republic, the schedules vary and will have to be reviewed in each case.

Who delivers my furniture?

mob has trained personnel for deliveries within D.F. and metropolitan areas and in the case of shipments within the Republic, deliveries are carried out by sub-contracting by mob.

Do you have physical collection points for the furniture?

Once the existence of the furniture is confirmed, and having flooded it with our sales executive, it is possible to make a collection at our office located in Baja California no. 360 Col. Condesa, Del. Cuauhtémoc C.P. 06140.

In case I cannot personally receive my order, can someone else receive it for me?

If you cannot be at home to receive your products, you can leave any family member or friend to receive them. The doorman may also receive your products if previously authorized.

Can I change my delivery address?

In the case of deliveries in the metropolitan area, the delivery address can be modified when coordinating the date, it is necessary to contact mob sales area to carry out this process.

Can I postpone the delivery date?

The furniture delivery dates are set by mob, which is notified and confirmed with the client. In the event of a change in the delivery date by the client, mob may keep the merchandise for 3 days, otherwise, a charge will be made. $150 extra per day for storage.

What is the shipping cost?

Mexico City and Metropolitan area

The delivery service will be free up to a third floor and will increase by $300.00 pesos per floor. mob does not deliver furniture through windows or balconies on a higher floor, so it is important that you take into account the measurements of the furniture purchased and if it is necessary to do so, you must hire an external service in which mob disclaims any responsibility for damages to the same.

Mexican Republic and International shipments

To see the freight cost of your order in the cart once the products you want to buy have been added, enter the postal code to which it is destined in the corresponding table and the shipping cost will be generated, which does not include the flown. furniture or installation. In this modality, the furniture is delivered to the door of the delivery address.

For international deliveries, the customer will be the one who covers the shipping costs, customs expenses, and payment of taxes. Likewise, the customer must provide the information requested by the customs agent and the country of destination (Proof of address, ID, W9 Format, among others).

Do you offer installation services?

Mexico City and Metropolitan area

The installation of furniture such as beds and others that require it will be carried out at the address provided by the client at no cost. The approximate installation time is 2 hours. In the case of lamps and mirrors, installation is not included. If you want our staff to do the installation, contact us by sending an email or calling the customer service numbers and make a quote in advance of the delivery date so that the staff has the necessary tools.

Mexican Republic and International shipments

In the case of shipments to the interior of the republic and international shipping, the cost includes only shipping on all furniture. In the case of beds and other furniture that requires installation, an installation instruction will be sent to be installed by the user.

If you require the installation service by a mob technician, it will be necessary to check availability and prices with the sales department.


CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES

If the furniture that arrived is not what I had ordered or it arrived damaged or defective, what can I do?

At mob we want to offer the best customer service, we take care of following up and solving any problem that arises.

We ask you to verify at the time of delivery that the furniture is what you ordered and that it is in perfect condition, otherwise please do not receive it. If the furniture arrived damaged or with a defect, please document this through photographs, showing the damage and send them to the contact email with the description of the problem. We will analyze the problem immediately, and once the damage is confirmed, we will proceed to change the furniture. If the furniture is not what you ordered, contact us and we will organize the change as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Within the five business days following the purchase of the furniture, the client may cancel his purchase, in any case, he will receive a penalty of five percent on the total price of the furniture purchased. After this period, the consumer will lose his right to cancel the order, since mob will have acquired the necessary goods for the manufacture of the furniture.

What is the deadline to make an exchange or a return?

The maximum term to make a change is 8 weeks depending on the stock we have.

What kind of warranty do your products have?
